I can’t stop making these rolls. They are so amazingly delicious! As if Pioneer Woman’s cinnamon rolls weren’t enough, she went and added pecans. Oh my gosh. Heaven.
So, she posted a recipe for Mini Pecan Rolls, but I just took the pecan portion of her recipe and added it to her regular cinnamon roll recipe. Also note that she calls for corn syrup with the pecans and butter, but instead I used 1/2 cup brown sugar - even better! Don’t be afraid to use more butter and more brown sugar with your pecans - the more you use the gooier they will turn out. In fact, Phil’s request for next time: GOOIER! Is that even a word?
