Putting up strawberries
We’ve been freezing strawberries out the wazoo lately! Most evenings Fin and I go out and pick the berries, bring them in, and immediately lop off the tops and place them on trays to go in the freezer. This way they freeze as fresh as possible. Once frozen overnight, we then put them in quart-sized freezer bags. Can’t wait to have strawberries in the dead of winter!
