We found another delicious recipe that we can use Sweetlove Farm chicken in - Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry. Super simple (except, let’s be honest, de-boning the chicken - not my forte so I leave that part up to Phil) and super yummy. The kids loved it too. Inspired by this recipe (thanks Julie!), I made a couple small tweaks - I used a whole chicken, cut up, and fresh - rather than frozen - broccoli. I also cut the soy sauce in half and added water, to make it less salty. Give it a try! I’m pretty sure this will be part of our regular repertoire now!
